Harry's English Restaurant was established in 1990 as an alternative to the endless stream of Pasta and Indian restaurants in Hove. It is an independently owned and run family business.

The kitchen is run by the owner Harry Lees and chef Claire Nichols, who have both been here since the day the doors opened! Both were trained by the greatest chefs of the time - their Mums!

Harry's is open from 9.00am to 10.30pm Monday to Saturday, and 9.30am to 9.30pm Sundays 363 days a year. We have Christmas Day off, and Boxing Day off to recover from Christmas Day!

As much as possible all ingredients are sourced locally and on a daily basis. Daily specials reflect the best seasonal produce.

Great care has been taken to ensure the menu appeals to all tastes with vegetarians and children catered for. We have numerous high chairs as well as nappy changing facilities, and are happy to warm any food you have brought for your little darlings!
